Job Description：

1、independently, safely and proficiently operate conventional organic reactions and special organic reactions
2, have a deep understanding of the activity of the reaction raw materials, products and intermediates of functional groups and their compatibility, and be able to select reaction conditions through documents review and discussion
3、solve the problems encountered in the experimental process in a timely and effective manner
4、proficient in operating common analytical instruments and analyzing graphs
5、write detailed and accurate reports of experimental projects

Requirements：

organic synthesis or medicinal chemistry related majors, mastering organic synthesis, product separation and structure identification skills; proficient in documents search; bachelor degree or above
